MLP specializes in real estate photography and videos. I have a passion for houses, my favorite part of the job is seeing all the beautiful and unique houses in the area. I think it is important to capture the life that one can live at the house of there dreams!

$351,000 - $500,000 $200
$501,000 to $750,000 $225
$751,000 to Million $250
over a million $275+
(price can increase with outbuildings/ guest houses/ barns etc. )

Real Estate Videos
Property videos are a wonderful way for someone not in the area to view the property and get a feel for what it would be like to live in this beautiful place!
Videos start at $375 for a 1-2 min video of the property and its features. The video is loaded to any syndication you would like to use and can be sized to your specifications. I will also burn a disc upon request. A travel charge may apply for out of area properties. Logos and extra info on the property can be added for a $25.00 fee. An agent can introduce and narrate the property for an extra $150.
